Project Summary:
The objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of DEKO tech d.o.o. in both domestic and international markets by implementing internationally recognized quality management and environmental protection standards ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001:2015. This will contribute to improving the company’s image, strengthening the trust of existing and new clients, reducing operating costs, and increasing sales revenue in both domestic and foreign markets. The project is primarily aimed at key target groups, namely the employees of DEKO tech d.o.o., as well as other stakeholders such as clients, suppliers, business partners, the wider community, public authorities, and financial institutions.

Objectives:

The long-term objectives of the company are:

• achieving business results that will support further company development

• meeting the needs and expectations of customers and business partners

• ensuring overall employee satisfaction

• increasing the number of employees

• entering new markets

• achieving lower costs than competitors in order to strengthen competitiveness

• improving the company’s quality management and environmental protection systems

• improving all internal processes

• developing new products and services

• reducing costs

These objectives will be achieved through the application of the following principles:

• meeting all client requirements, legal obligations, and technical standards related to our products and services

• strong leadership and active involvement of management and all employees

• education, training, and development of employee competencies

• preventive actions to avoid non-compliant products

• continuous system improvement

Total Project Value and EU Co-financing (in EUR):
The total project value is EUR 23,126.65, with total eligible costs amounting to EUR 18,021.32, of which EUR 13,515.99 is co-financed by the EU. The company’s own contribution is 25%.
