Call Title: “Support to Enterprises for Product Certification and the Introduction of Management Systems”

Project Title: Introduction of an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001:2015

Project Summary:
The objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of DEKO tech d.o.o. in the domestic and international markets through the implementation of internationally recognized quality and environmental management standards ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001:2015. The implementation of these standards will contribute to improving the image of DEKO tech d.o.o., increasing the trust of existing and new clients, reducing operating costs, and increasing sales revenues in both domestic and international markets.

The project is primarily aimed at the main target group, i.e. the employees of DEKO tech d.o.o., as well as other interested parties such as clients, suppliers, business partners, the local community, public administration bodies, financial institutions, etc.

Objectives:
The company’s long-term objectives are:

• achieving business results that will contribute to the further development of the company
• meeting the needs and expectations of customers and business partners
• achieving overall employee satisfaction
• increasing the number of employees
• entering new markets
• establishing lower costs than competitors in order to strengthen the company’s competitive position
• improving the quality and environmental management system within the company
• improving all processes within the company
• developing new products and services
• reducing costs

The above objectives will be achieved by applying the following principles:

• fulfilling all customer requirements, as well as all applicable legal and technical standards related to our products and services
• strong leadership and the involvement of management and all employees
• education, training, and development of the competencies of all our employees
• taking preventive action to avoid non-conforming products
• continuous improvement of the management system

Total Project Value and EU Co-financing Amount (EUR):
The total project value is EUR 23,264.15. The total eligible costs amount to EUR 18,131.32, while the EU co-financing amount is EUR 13,598.49. The company’s own contribution is 25%.

1 September 2025 to 1 June 2026
